Refund policy

You may return a product if the product is faulty, or is not as described on website. Intention to return must be made within 4 days of receipt of delivery, and description of fault is required. Where the goods are faulty, Polka Luka will reimburse you for standard Australia post costs for you to return the item to us. You may then choose either a refund or exchange to equal value of the original value purchased. Where a return is made if items are not as stated on the website, we will reimburse you the cost of the products, minus original postage fees.
