Delivery & Returns

These Terms & Conditions apply to individual orders via our website. Wholesale customers should refer to our Wholesale enquiries page.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY 

Postage is a flat rate of $7.50 for jewellery orders under $99 or free with jewellery orders $99 and over. Postage for small homewares is a flat rate of $10 and or $15 for larger homewares. Delivery is via registered Australia post plus (trackable), and delivery times vary between 3-7 business days upon receipt of order. Special orders, express orders, and gift cards can be arranged, so please note your preferences when you get to the cart page.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made via paypal, your own credit card, or by direct deposit. Once you select your item for purchase and proceed to check out you can select your method of payment there. 

RETURNS

Intention to return must be made within 6 days of receipt of delivery and you then have 30 days to return the product. For product exchanges, a re-postage fee of $3.50 is charged. Where the goods are faulty, or product not as described on website, Polka Luka will reimburse you for standard Australia post costs for you to return the item to us. You may then choose either a refund or exchange to equal value of the original value purchased.

EXCHANGES 

We are happy to exchange an item if it is the wrong size, or not what you wanted. Exchange items should be returned within 14 days. Return postage of the initial item is the responsibility of the customer. Repostage costs of $3.50 will also be charged in the event of an exchange.
