HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:  You can either order online at our wholesale site here (password protected) or request electronic and hardcopy wholesale pack (catalogue, price list and terms of trade) Once you have decided on the products you'd like, orders can tbe processed online at our store or via email, fax, or over the phone - whichever is easiest for you! You can also mark items requested on our price list, or jot down items on this blank order form here and we are more than happy to work with you to recommend products and put together a selection of Polka Luka designs which would best suit your store
