Delivery & Returns...

POSTAGE & DELIVERY 

Postage is $7.50 or free for jewellery orders over $99. Postage for small homewares is a flat fee of $10, or for larger homewares for $15.  Delivery is via Australia Post and delivery times vary between 3-7 business days upon receipt of order. Special orders, express orders, and gift cards can be arranged, so please note your preferences when you get to the cart page.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made via paypal, your own credit card, or by direct deposit. Once you select your item for purchase and proceed to check out you can select your method of payment there. 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Intention to return must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery and you then have 30 days to return the product. You may then choose either a refund or exchange to equal value of the original value purchased. (Where the goods are faulty, or product not as described on website, Polka Luka will reimburse you for the items returned plus the postage costs incurred by you during return).

RETURNS ADDRESS

Once returns are approved, you can send item/s (please use original bubble wrap to protect them on their return journey), to the following address:

EXCHANGES 

We are happy to exchange an item if it is the wrong size, or not what you wanted. Exchange items should be returned within 14 days. Return postage of the initial item is the responsibility of the customer.
